I’m Ben Dawson, founder of WrenWinter Consulting. I work with founders, investors and leadership teams to bring clarity, focus and momentum to organisations under pressure to scale, restructure or deliver meaningful change.
For over 15 years, I’ve led transformation programmes, built and realigned operating models, and managed large-scale delivery across healthcare, financial services and the public sector. I’ve worked inside complex environments with high stakes, tight timelines and competing priorities. I know what it takes to move from strategy to execution when the margin for error is small.
Before launching WrenWinter, I held senior operational roles including Chief of Staff, Commercial & Transformation Director, and Chief of Staff. I’ve built teams, led restructures, overseen multi-million-pound programmes, and worked closely with boards and investors to get things back on track.
Clients value how I cut through complexity, challenge constructively, and help leadership teams focus on what actually needs to change. I don’t offer generic frameworks or vague advice. I work with what's in front of you and help make it work better.
